Vasai Fabrication Facility

Our primary fabrication facility houses automated cold roll-forming lines, heavy mechanical and hydraulic shearing machinery, high-tonnage press brakes, punching lines, and our in-house AutoCAD design proto-shop.
- Solar MMS Division: 500 Metric Tons monthly manufacturing capacity.
- General Fabrication: 200 Metric Tons monthly structural throughput.
- Laser Lines: 1 kW, 3 kW (2 Nos), 6 kW sheet lasers, and dedicated CNC pipe laser up to 200 OD.
- Special items fabrication in SS, MS, Copper, and Aluminum.
Ambernath Galvanizing Facility
Ambernath Industrial Zone, Maharashtra (~40 km of Mumbai)
Specialized high-volume hot-dip galvanizing plant equipped with continuous material handling systems, surface preparation tanks, and automated molten zinc kettles to achieve uniform high-micron anti-corrosion finishes.
- Galvanizing Bath Size: 3.5m (Length) x 1.5m (Depth) x 1.2m (Height).
- Material Handling: 4 heavy-duty overhead cranes of 5 tons capacity each.
- Air Scrubbing System: Converts airborne acidic emissions into harmless water vapor.
- Water & Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP): 100% wastewater treated and recycled.
