Subtractive steel processing generates structural off-cuts and metal scrap, demanding structured recycling protocols and disciplined raw material utilization.
3. Water Stewardship
Cooling tanks, metal rinsing baths, and acid pickling sequences require closed-loop treatment to prevent untreated chemical water discharge into surroundings.
4. Noise & Workplace Hazards
Fabrication spaces generate heavy localized ambient noise and physical mechanical hazards, requiring rigid personal protective equipment (PPE) and machine interlocks.

We are committed to providing a safe, hazard-free working environment as per international standards. Our plant is equipped with the following to guarantee pollution-free processing:
- Air scrubbing system: Controls acidic fumes and processes air pollutants safely before release.
- Water & effluent treatment plant (ETP): Comprehensive chemical neutralization and filtration. Processed water is safely recycled for plant horticulture and landscaping.
